I loved the expresso martini! The oyster's were good as well! More on the fine dining side of restaurants but it is worth the money! All of the staff and waiters were the kindest souls. Came here for my birthday. Each dish came out in the right order and tickled my tongue in the right spot. If I ever live in a mansion it'll look like this place and if you ever get the chance get your friend or partner to pay for you

We picked Kimi's Chop & Oyster House for a special family event. The hostess was welcoming and our server was good. The ambiance was upscale but inviting. The unique art work sets the restaurant apart from others. The beet carpaccio was delicious! The combination of the dressing, goat cheese, and pistachios was perfection. It was the perfect start to a meal. The fried chicken breast was the highlight of the night! The crispy and crunchy exterior complimented the juicy interior. The gravy paired perfectly with the chicken and everything was seasoned very well. The pepper steak was tender, and the peppercorn sauce complimented the dish well. The filet mignon was tender however the béarnaise left more to be desired. The port demi was incredibly flavorful and worked really well with the dish. The potatoes were under seasoned however the port demi really brought the dish together. A pretty standard restaurant with a unique atmosphere.

The music was perfect volume and relaxing!' I love this place. Staff was excellent. So intimate and romantic. The restaurant is set up so there are many different eating areas, private enclaves. The decor is romantic and intimate. A great place to relax and have conversations. The food was delicious. Lots of gluten free options. The scallops w/puréed corn and mashed potatoes were out of this world and so was the mushroom soup! Our waitress was attentive but not over bearing. I can't wait to go back.

Elevated experience. I visited Kimi's Chop & Oyster House with family to celebrate a graduation. Our server was attentive, friendly, and was able to answer every menu question we had. They made our dinner special. Our table ordered several appetizers and each of them were fantastic. I ordered the Yellow Fin Tuna entree and it was to die for! Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend trying it out!

OMG! This place has to be one of my new favorites in Utah! Amazing food, great service, wonderful new building/decor, and I was even lucky to get to meet the owner, Kimi, who gave us a little tour and showed off their new patio. Cannot wait to go back, especially on a beautiful day to enjoy the patio, Mountain View's, and delicious food. Our group of 5 ordered almost every type of food from appetizers to dessert, and every plate was just as amazing and yummy as the last! This is a definitely must!!!! Plus the Utah Housewives AND the Sister Wives recorded a show here!!!

We visited the Kimi's new location last night. The decor is elegant, moody, and inspired. The food was amazing. Our server helped us choose the perfect drinks, appetizer, entrees, and dessert. He was very efficient and kind. We enjoyed every bite. The smogen was just as delicious as we remembered. My filet Oscar style and my husband's filet with peppercorn sauce were scrumptious. The passion fruit mousse was just as perfectly sweet, sour, and creamy as any I've had. All and all, this was the perfect Anniversary dinner.

Wow was I impressed with this place! It's new so it can be a little misleading to find because there's a sign for Richelle's Salon and Spa. But know you're in the right place and park in the back! The atmosphere was SO classy and unique that you just feel calm the entire time. Light jazzy instrumental music, dimmed lights, soft chairs and a nice bar set in the middle. (You can actually get a nice seat giving you a beautiful view of Mt Olympus). A lot of people were dressed up fancy, we just came in nice pants and me a blouse. The food was fantastic! I got the lamb which was a special of the day and my bf got the steak frites. He's a steak snob but it made #2 on his top list! Since it is a higher end restaurant it's more on the pricey end but definitely worth it. They also have a cute mocktail list if you don't drink alcohol but like fancy drinks. The service was excellent. Our waiter had a long day because we went on Valentine's Day but was excellent! Very attentive, patient, friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend this place! Definitely unique but perfect for a date night!
